License Agreement
The main products of the MUTUAL project are freely available. Products (in
the following referred to as “MUTUAL products”) contain:
The MUTUAL Handbook (10 language versions) available on www.mutual-eu.com
The MUTUAL Compendium (10 language versions) available on www.mutual-eu.com
The Training Website (www.mutualcourse.eu)
Terms and Conditions
of Usage
The use of the MUTUAL products is governed by the following terms and conditions.
1. Copyright
The MUTUAL partner group owns the copyright of the whole text and graphics
in all languages.
2. Licence
Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement the MUTUAL partner
group grants to institutions and personal users a royalty-free, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, limited license to use the MUTUAL products on this website
that has been developed in the framework of the Leonardo da Vinci Project
"MUTUAL - Training migrants for multi cultural work in childcare"
(contract no: AT/04/C/F/TH-82001).
3. Definitions
"Non-Commercial Purposes" means use of the MUTUAL products solely
for non-commercial research and training purposes in exchange for which
no financially valuable consideration (including, without limitation, sales
or license revenue, service revenue, and advertising revenue, and whether
in the form of monetary, equity, or other forms of consideration) is received,
except for research funding received from an official government agency
sponsor, a non-profit foundation, or similar research funding organization.
4. Usage of the MUTUAL products
Any institution/personal user may use these MUTUAL products solely for Non-Commercial
Purposes. They may search, retrieve, save, and download copies of individual
components or of the whole MUTUAL products.
All other uses, including, without limitation, publishing, distributing,
or transferring copies of the MUTUAL products, or modifications thereto,
to any third party, either in part, in whole, or as a component of larger
applications are strictly prohibited.
Users agree to maintain intact all copyright and other proprietary notices
on the MUTUAL products.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The MUTUAL products are provided free of charge. The MUTUAL products are
provided on "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind. The entire
risk as to the quality and performance of the MUTUAL products is borne by
the user.
6. Support and Updates
This license does not grant the user any right to any product support, enhancements
or updates.
